If he spoke, it would be his word against that of the ruler of humanity, beloved by all; probably no one would believe him, and he would only come out with a reputation as a liar. Besides, revealing the existence of the Shadow Lord is not a good thing; after all, we would have another existing sovereign, and many would choose to follow him. Even though he has a bad reputation, he is still a powerful being, and many people would see the Shadow Domain as a third way, which they could join to escape the inevitable war between the Longing Domain and the Hunger Domain.

    So as I stated in my previous comment about Shadow Slave having Domain Expansions,with them being called Domain Enclosure,being one's Domain and Will Combined and Condensed into a single attack or create a sphere where the caster can do ANYTHING.
    I've stated that Sunny's Domain Enclosure attack would be Mahoraga's World Cutting Slash infused with the Death Will,but what would his Domain Enclosure sphere be?
    (After Sunny obtains Shadow Weave and combines all of Weaver's lineage together)
    Sunny's Domain Enclosure can be Both Gojo's and Sukuna's.

    Gojo's Version-Infinite Void-floods the target's mind with an infinite amount of information.
    Sunny can summon the Strings of Fate in his Domain Enclosure sphere which will act as the infinite amount of information or in Shadow Slave's case will be overwhelming knowledge.
    We have seen this work against the Defiled Sybil at the Antarctic Campaign as we know not anybody can withstand the Strings of Fate without as Vast Mind.

    Sukuna's Version-Malevolent Shrine-Unleashes thousands of Slashes.
    As we've seen with Sunny,touching or even grasping the Strings of Fate can cause damage to one's body.
    In this case,Sunny can summon the Strings of Fate in his Domain Enclosure in a physical form and manipulate them to cut the target.

    Of course,I highly doubt any of this would be achievable at Sunny's current level,maybe when he's Sacred and Combines Weaver's lineage he can weaponize the Strings of Fate(maybe)

    I believe reveling the Lord of Shadows being alive and him being responsible for the kidnappings could damage the credibility of Changing Star.

    Although damage would be minimal, broken trust isn't easy to repair. That would make anything that's said from the Longing Domain be forever second guessed.

    A war not of blades but of words, for he who controls the narrative controls the story. Plus Neph can't say 'oh buy they way he's planning on consuming humanity to become a God'
