    Well, I like to think that this is a reward for a quest and not for killing a legendary mob. In a way, Nie Yan didn't kill this guy by himself. So, it's already a good reward for a quest.       The necromancer was incredibly weakened after getting imprisoned and also having most of his power in the staff destroyed. Of course MC wouldn't get the full experience for killing him, now if the guy was at full HP and not weakened then that's a different story but necromancer in this situation was heavily nerfed so he gave low exp

      It looks like Leshen (lvl 80 elite) is just almost as powerful as a legendary 260 level Necromancer, because this stump was worth 2 levels
