Some queen. She made every excuse she could think of for this ridiculous war šŸ™„
Cassie should've asked her why they didn't just fight between themselves and leave everybody else alone

Because they are Sovereigns. Their powers are now inherently tied to their Domains. And their Domains are comprised of their subjects.

That doesn't stop them from fighting 1 on 1 tho. Their "domain" can cheer for their queen or king as much as they want, but they don't have to fight

My friend, how can cheering contribute to a Sovereign's domain?
Just like how a General can't be a General without soldiers under him, a Sovereign can't be a real one without his Domain. And when two Sovereign's fight, their Domain's must clash too. Now there's somewhat of an exception here when talking about Domains. For example, Both Song, Anvil and even Nephis' Domain are directly or indirectly related to people, with them playing an ancillary role. While Sunny's Domain is mainly related to Shadows.
Now when you talked about cheering, it won't work on both Anvil and Ki Song, because that's now how their Domains function. But cheering might work for Nephis, cuz her Domain is directly related to people and their feelings for her.
