Even if thry could, they would then get steamrolled by the Queen. They gotta wait till both of the Sovereigns are weakened at the same time.

Huh??? I'm quite slow, but how is a Supreme going to kill Sacred/Cursed Abomination? Isn't that a literal Demi-God?

Supreme powers vary because they grow stronger with domain. And the domains of the both soverigns is very vast.
A newbie soverign fighting a cursed one would be suicide, but not a grown one he is probably as strong as a great titan is not more.
We have already seen him kill a great titan before.

That may be so, but don't the Path of Corrupted grow just the same. And this is a Tyrant, 5th in the steps just the same as Supremacy. Honestly, looking at all the others, for example could a Saint kill a Great Tyrant? Could a Master kill a Corrupted Tyrant? Well we know during the Antrarctica arc that an aquatic Saint couldn't beat a Corrupted Terror, only Sunny using the Weaver Mask, a Divine Memory of the highest type managed to create an opening. We know that a Unholy Titan fought one the Daemon, who were considered strongest amongst the Divine Rank, and was injuring her while not receiving an injury of its own till the very end where the Daemon found it's flaw.

Hell, for some reason I spoke as if this is a Great Tyrant he's about to fight, it's a damned Cursed Tyrant. This is more like a Saint fighting a Great Tyrant, or a Master fighting an Corrupted one. Doesn't make sense in the power hierarchy. It's been established in the story so far that those in the Path of Corruption usually equal those of the Path of Ascension when reaching around Tyrant Class at least, like a Saint couldn't defeat a Corrupted Titan, despite having an Aspect that held an advantage. I can't remember if he killed the Great Titan in Antarctica, or just fought it long enough for every one to evacuate. But if he did kill it, then the Sovereign have been given a huge power up compared to all other Ranks. like i mentioned before, a Saint also lost a fight with a Corrupted Terror. So even if Sovereign are slightly stronger, he should really only stand up to like Great Terror.

You're comparing completely run-of-the-mill saints to one capable of conquering the 4th nightmare. Even if Anvil isn't in the same tier of talent/power as Sunny/Nephis/Mordret, he's definitely waay beyond what would be considered 'average' or even 'good' strength. On top of that, sovereigns gain most of their power from the scope of their domains, and Anvil's domain is enormous.

thats the thing. the difference between ranks is that big. anvil killed the great titan while he only used his dormant abillity. this should already say something.

Just like Sunny can kill great abominations, it stands to reason that a powerful sovereign with an expansive domain backing them can also fight above their level.

No, actually, a Sovereign is a demigod. If you were paying attention, it was previously stated that Sacred beings are lesser deities, essentially just weak gods. Why do you think VTB was able to yoink Weaver's eye despite not even being divine?

Weaver wanted to create his lineage so he allowed(a theory) the vtb to steal his eye to create blood weave , it was mentioned in the earlier chapter that the lineage was lost before it was created hence the gods were not able to find out that weaver created his own lineage
So he allowed the vtb to steal his eye so that the blood weave become lost.

A demigod and a lesser deity aren't the same. A Supreme is a demigod, whereas as Sacred(Cursed) is a full on God, just a weak one.

You realize divinity is just a concept, right? It's barely more than just a title that holds power. Also, a demigod is half god, I forgot to say that
