          Okay let’s say they have an incredible healer there like Nephis as a Saint.
          Let’s say she manages to prevent all and any illness and heal any wounds instantaneously. Then sure that could guarantee the life of the woman (not really the baby but still).
          But still. An awakened healer?
          There were no Saints back there and Nephis is an EXCEPTIONAL healer.
          So no they didn’t have access to healers like that because they didn’t exist
