    First time reader, seeing the Tomb of Ariel gave me a theory...

    What if the truth that Ariel is trying to hide in the tomb... is the pyramid itself? The pyramid is built of nightmare seeds, which may be the truth of the Dream Realm's world. Each building block is a tiny piece of the truth that Ariel would rather forget. The higher up the pyramid, the higher tier of truth is hidden; things such as the truth behind Weaver, as opposed to just the truth of the Dream World. It would also explain why the tomb is unreachable during the day; to prevent the living from reaching the truth.

    Going even further, it's possible that beating the nightmare CAN rewrite its future; just that Sunny and his companions would have to challenge much higher tiers of seeds to have a visible impact on that future. In fact, is it not possible that the Dream Realm is a far distant future of Earth, and the humans affected by the spell are being built to change that very same future?? Sunny may yet become Weaver, or a more powerful version of him than that which the spell describes, and potentially challenge and change the entire fate of his godforsaken world? Is the spell not just insisting they prevent the future they have foreseen in their own world, many generations in the future?

    This novel is insane and has my brain spiraling out of control.
