      Well he said he only had time to recover half his essence so 2 cores at best because he fought the 7 gates beforehand, then he also fought for quite a bit against these creatures and after that he used ascended essence to make a wall to shoot the tyrant, and it was stated before that morgans warbow's death dealer enchantment uses up all the essence in one of Sunny's cores so he should have less than half a core worth essence left at best, even after that hes using an ascended shadow until cruel sight manifests so it adds up, he's pretty low on essence, and speaking of damage, with his rank, the enemies he fights also grow in rank
