    The fragment system was harsh on the mc but I'm sure there's a backlog of shadow creatures left by the Shadow God somewhere so I think it's fine..

    Besides that, I get why the Sover eigns gave up on Earth. They first of all cannot easily set foot in Earth but also that in the Dream Realm they have the luxury of being able to be safe in a stronghold. No random Gates can pop up, all of the nearby threats are either neutralized or of minimal risk and it's much safer to get stronger there than on Earth ironically.

    Just a Category Three Gate sends out a Corrupted abomination, something only a Saint can fight. Now what's about Category Four or Five? If that stuff pops up in the same continent as you, that entire continent is doomed.

      Bro I don't give af they can't step on earth but fkrs still want to control humanity and earth
      Just imagine jet as saint there will be many more and powerful saints that should be enough to at least hold on to whatever continents we have left

      And i am sure supreme is far stronger than saint yet those petty piece of shits can't let people transcend there better be some concrete reasons otherwise i hope author won't there deaths too easy

    But this fragment system is really unfair and when I say unfair I mean it really really much. I mean look at it like this even if by some miracle sunny managed, as a sleeper, to kill an unholy titan he would only receive 49 shadow fragments (7 soul cores × 7 fragments each core) for an utterly impossible task as an unholy titan would be akin to a god.
    So only 49 for killing a god as a mere mortal is just isn't fair in any sense of the word. It should atleast ascend them to next 2 classes. swim

      True, but if changing star killed Supreme/Sovereign human she'll power up asap to terror or even Beyond... that is 4000+ fragments... where as mc gain nothing from killing human.. even if he get shadow fragments.. he will never get 1000+. This also applied to soul shards, where other can absorbed it but he can't. I'm still wondering WTH did author make this kind of mc. When mc rank higher aka Supreme+ ranks, he will get harder to level up... it's not like mc can find Supreme+ rank nightmare creatures left and right like normal nightmare creatures. 23

      I know i am late but i just wanted to asy that he would not gain only 49 fragments cause for every rank that an enemy is higher than the mc then the amount of shadow fragments doubles which means that instead of 49 he would get (as a sleeper) 448 (2x2x2x2x2x2x7) but your logic still stands he would only fill up half a core

        And at his current strength 448 fragments wouldn’t even fill up 1/8 of the Shadow Fragments he needs for his next Shadow Core (since he needs 4K Shadow Fragments for it)

      u are wrong, but not by much, each rank above his own doubles the amount of fragments gained

      So basically it would be 7 * 2^4, which is 7 * 16, which is equal to 112 fragments, still not much

      Math is a bit off here, it’s around 450 fragments for killing an unholy titan as a sleeper, however that is also literally impossible, even if an unholy titan was literally an inch from death he could not harm them in the slightest, even as he is now.

      It would be much fairer if he could get fractions of fragments, cause I'm guessing the shadows of those he murder still lay on his soul sea.

      He's Ascended (3/7), so
      Fallen 1 x Core fragments
      Corrupted 2 x Core
      Great 4 x Core
      And so on.

      Would it be THAT broke if he could get
      Awakened 1/2 fragment x Core
      Dormant 1/4 fragment x Core
