        He could be referring to fate but it wouldn’t make sense since sunny wants to break fate and nephis wants to break the spell, so y would he ask if weaver created it then why can’t YOU destroy it instead of him self. so I believe he was referring to the spell.

      I mean it was very obvious, why is he called weaver if he hasn't weaved anything, the items from the spell and the dream realm is described as threads woven together into a world, sunny could see the strings of fate connecting him to everything when he activated weavers mask, the spell was awfully excited when asking sunny if he wanted to consume weaver's blood and cold when it asked if he wanted to consume shadow god's ichor as if reluctant to ask, and satisfied when announcing blood weave's victory against the legacy aspect of shadow, all fingers point towards weaver being the creator of even being the voice behind the spell, i mean the dreamscape's equivenalt of the spell has the voice of its creator, the saint so why wouldn't the spell be the same, the dreamscape is afterall a clumsy immitation of the dream realm

    Why many of the Lost dreamed of challenging the Second Nightmare, as well.

    …And that was why it didn't matter even if the sleeping pod malfunctioned and thoroughly roasted Sunny's physical body instead of preserving it. If the Nightmare didn't kill him, he would be as good as new.
