        It's a thin layer of TK over his skin...I think of it like a mech suit. Probably reads the subtle muscle movements and moving him in said direction faster and harder. It's a very tricky and complicated use of it... Especially using it on someone else.

Themarians and specifically Aerith already have great leeway as seen as them not immediately and forcibly taking Sylvie into custody and even saying she'll likely be released due to Aerith covering for her. Considering he's beaten her up they're going to have to maneuver this quite delicately.
