      But isn't this hypocrisy? They claim to be heroes, but they only save the main characters. Even if many people die they don't care, I think the author has lost his logic. sigh

        It mentions they saved a lot of other people on the way. But it’s normal to care more for your friends than others. I’m sure they planned on working together to save others afterwards.

        Also, the story mentioned that the hero title was just for the government to make people feel better. Even one of the men behind the attack is a famous “hero”.
