    Okay, before this it wasn’t that bad, but alas. After this I will not be able to read this book. When 200 chapters show us how the main character just wants to cultivate and that he is not a savior and to save a bunch of people but he didn’t want to do that. Now he’s risking his life opposing the Emperor and a bunch of other people, and for what? For your own sake? Wives? Disciples? No, he could easily ascend with the mountain, as he himself already said, and nothing would threaten him. (The author came up with an excuse for this that he is afraid of a bird that is 1 large kingdom weaker than him... but he is not afraid of the Emperor...). The only thing he changed was saving the people of this world, whom he doesn’t care about. And he became the emperor’s dog, although 20-30 chapters ago he laughed at another guy who agreed to become a warrior of the heavenly court, but that guy did it for the sake of survival, and our hero just wanted to be a dog

    from what i can see is that the heavens court doesn't hurt much of mc world so mc can forgive them by nurturing him and strengthening his abode and heavenly empower will naturally want a stronger ally on his side just like jade pure sect master did than prevent mc to become stronger than him and what's more is that he won't know mc will become stronger than him cause his cultivation can't be seen cause of system
