      That is only in MTL, it is a good novel but there are many girls in the harem so sometimes you forget one or two of them, they do not have screen time or various annoying things in regards to the heroines of the novel. 700 chapters are short for more than 20-40 girls.

        At first I thought the same but then I got used to it, he’s smart and it’s interesting to see things from the villains point of view and yeah he has a long harem and half of them don’t appear a lot but at least he stays with them all and doesn’t abandon them that’s the only reason why I kept reading.     It is quite good novel! Though, it is slow, but it has rich plots, so it didn't feel boring...
    The MC's cleverness and intelligence was one of the thing I liked, he learned from mistakes and always had a back up plans every action he would take. As for the plot, what I attracted me was the interaction of MC with Chi Qian- it give me a quite funny feeling when Chi Qian always losed to MC. Also, it made me feel that Ye Feng was hypocrites, and the counter face-slap of the MC to Ye Feng or other people that oppose him was one of the thing that I loved the most.
    The only thing that irritated me was the slow translatiion update, but I can wait... so, If I rated this, it should be 4.3/5.
    Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
