    mc is quite arrogant tbh he think himself as a heaven chosen destined to become emperor... many cultivation realm name change in between and its quite confusing. all this confusiblablabla taoisim and buddism man its confusing sometime also some part related to chinese history which i have 0 intrest in. mc has not show any intellectual skilll ... kinda just a basic ass mc going with the flow ... read till 50 chapter was a bit intresting given a new setting of system ..... still i wont continue it for now maybe one day i might come back to check for now i will give it a 2.5 rating...

        I read a bit and didn't really like it. Can't confirm the nationalism or racism part, but the MC just isn't interesting and the world he's going to transmigrate into isn't my kind of thing at all. All Buddhists and Daoists and 'Evil Gods' that actually are pretty weak and everyone possessing juniors if they've got a good physique- very classic Chinese stuff, but not the type that I like, so I dropped it.

        That depends on how bad it is in the novel, one novel i read also had racism and nationalism but it was only in ending and for 1 chapter lol. It also qualifies for racist and nationalist novel but you can ignore it. So what matters is if it's something that can be ignored or not.

          Dude some novels start great and then turns into chronic nationalism and xenophobic
          But some if the story is good and the shit is only mentioned in may be 2 chapter out if 500 its fine

            That's why i said it depends on degree as to how much racism there is, like if the book is all about racism then obviously it's no go, but if it's only minor stuff you can ignore it and enjoy rest of the stuff...
