            you are comparing novels. when you are comparing novels you are comparing flaws as well. the fact that you are saying "I am not comparing those aspects" is mind-boggling, as you stated that God and Devil World is ten f#cking times better than this novel. if you aren't including those aspects, then why the f#ck are you including the flaws of this novel? are you mental? xD pressure

            And no, it isn't a bigger inditement of this author, why? because he didn't copy the story, he copied the formula. and if you are against that as well... then I have bad news for you, EER copied the formula from God and Devil World(there is approx. a 3-year window between these two novels btw), so by that logic, EER is shit as well.

      I have read 490 chapters and can confirm that it isn't. I have also read EER, so there is that. just because MC is involved in an apocalypse type of situation, can level up and is stronger than his peers doesn't mean that it is a copy of a novel that used similar tropes before this novel.

        it's a carbon copy of eer and god and devil world. legit everything is the same. start in university, people turn into zombies, skill tomes drop on the first kill, the stats work the same as in eer, they both get super attractive/strong guides that at the start, they both have a crazy character defining trait, and the interactions are pretty much exactly the same as the ones in god and devil world except done in the worst way imaginable. i cant believe i read 150 chapters of this trash hoping it would get better but it just keeps getting more mediocre. and even in the current chapters 500(based off the titles) he is still in the first order, like wut.

          it isn't a carbon copy - why? because he doesn't get carried to victory like MC does in EER. sure you can say that MC had a role to play as well, with which I would agree, but still... he doesn't have to fight for any of that. all he has to do is swing his hammer and BAM angels drop divine treasures at his doorstep. hell, he even gets an advantage where he learns about almost everything when time is stopped. you say that it is a carbon copy of God and Devil world as well and that it takes bad sides of both novels and makes it even worse. okay, I think you have read God and Devil world, so can you tell me what flaws God and Devil world has? hmm, Nationalism, Racism, Rape, Pedophilia(IIRC)? none of which are in this novel btw. so tell me how is this carbon copy just because it is following a formula

                  people are being mean so i'll let you find them yourself, just look at novelupdates and search through the apocalypse tag. also kindle unlimited and royalroad have some good ones. but to reinforce my point, check out everyone else is a returnee, the fighting and power system is exactly the same as this but 10x more satisfying.
