    The author should just focus on 'Son of the hero king' if he can't keep up with the rate of release for both novels at the same time. Now we'll have to wait more time than normal for him to release a chapter of SHK.
    He has a third novel too apparently. These new authors man... As soon as they get new ideas, they just jump the gun and start a new novel neglecting the former one.
    This isn't smart, especially for this author who wants to make a career out of this. I won't say that he won't make it, but with the way things are going right now, it'll be tough. It has to be said that SHK and midnight prince aren't groundbreaking ideas. I've read a ton of similar novels before, the same concept keeps repeating itself. However, I'm not criticizing this since I like fantasies like these and the ideas behind them.
    My only advice is for him to focus on one novel for the time being since he clearly lacks experience writing. Finish your first book, gain enough experience and followers, then think about writing more books in the future. And if you find ideas that take your fancy, then just write them down and wait for the right moment to develop them.

    I have read 147 chapters.
    You will read about a character who wants to become strong. About a character who wants to become strong quickly.

    That's actually... that's it?

    Often quite dumb characters. Made-up problems out of a finger. Surprisingly, in another book by the author, "Son of the Hero King" is not so obvious and often found.

    Drink at least a beer before reading. And it is better that it is stronger - and then it will go.

    at ch 147 and i am quite disappointed. MC has no plans of his own and everyone else has plans for him that he is happily obliges with. its like watching a puppet show and everyone gets to pull a string but MC himself. characters are fine and all but for MC to step into every pit is... yeah, gets bit frustrating

    PS: MC is weakest point for now and is neutral good so far

    Totally misleading rating, mc is a weak beta bitch (literally making Deku look like a gigachad in comparison) and the author drops the ball with that sorry excuse of an introduction, the side characters are crazy annoying and also it's a vampire/lycan novel..

    Dropped at ch 15 I didn't read enough to figure out it will be good or bad story. But I didn't want to read a story focusing upon corrupting the religious narration and tracing the devil's purpose. Besides puting the mc on the path of evil in a way that is glorified. I don't know if the author is a devil's minion but that's a good work from such a one.
    I am strict here because he is writing in modern/realistic setting with building upon religious scripture at the seme time make the devil's narration prevail.

        I appreciate your comment. I'll mention a thing hopefully it'll make your reading experience better. There is major components for the story I'll mention two that's of our concern here. We have the mc and you addressed that in your comment and we have the established stage where the mc and the whole story takes place. and that's not only limited to the physical material stage but the whole setting. Our experience as a readers in a sense is a captive to that paradigm.
        And here the paradigm is very problematic.

            There's some perception laws by some of the psychologists one of them is the law of figure and background. Usually it's easy to recognize the shape(the characters) and ignore the background (the settings). The shape maybe good but the background is very wrong at some point everything can turn around easily because the stage is already set. It's like what mentioned a lot in some novels the monkey was dancing in the Buddha's palm or something like that. Which means you are already bounded your destination isn't yours unless you escape the palm. The critical point is to realize first that you're in the palm.

    Mc isn't a man of justice like the usual type. He prefer to conserve his life than saving some unknowing person when he's weak
