Chapter 953: Destruction and Zerg

The stairs were very steep, and the passage to the fifth floor was covered with a bright film.

As Su Xiao approached this film, he clearly felt the power of the space above it.

Touching this film, he immediately began to be sucked into it.

Light and shadows flashed before his eyes...

*Knock, knock, knock...*

When Su Xiao came to, he immediately heard a knock.

After looking around, he went out into the living room.

The entire living room was decorated in brown tones, and benches were placed in some places in the living room.

The living room was slightly damp and there was a faint smell of blood in the air.

*Drip-drip ... drip-drip...*

Not far from Su Xiao, a creature covered in a blue and white shell was sitting on a bench. It had a human-like shape, except that its legs and head were completely wrapped in carapace, and its arms were two carapace blades, and there were cracks on the shoulder blades of the creature's arms.

Su Xiao looked at this creature from an unknown planet.

It was somewhat similar to a zerg.

— Quack, quack, quack... " the creature said, but it was very difficult to make out what it was saying other than "quack". In fact, this creature did not communicate with language, but with special frequency waves, but Su Xiao could not process such waves.

— Quack, quack, quack! Judging by the pitch of its voice, the creature seemed a little displeased.

— Woof, " Bubtney said, clearly wanting to use his own language to negotiate with the creature.

— Quack, quack! Quack, quack! The creature replied, standing up and staring at Bubtney.

Bubtney was baffled.

— What did he say? Su Xiao asked.

— Woof, " Bubtney replied with a slightly offended look.

— Forget it, he doesn't look very friendly, " Su Xiao said as he sat down on the bench and leaned his back against the wall. He had just received a notification from Rai. The fifth game was about to start. In ten minutes, he will have to get his number, and after that, he will learn the rules of the fifth game.

Zerg stared at Su Xiao with anger in his eyes.

— Is he angry? Su Xiao asked and signaled for Bubtney to ignore the creature.

— Quack, quack,quack!

Just as Su Xiao had guessed, this creature was indeed angry, but what it was about wasn't entirely clear.

After about ten seconds, Su Xiao realized why he was so angry.

He was in this guy's room.

This zerg had fought in the arena and was injured, so after the fight ended, he went back to his rest room, however, Su Xiao's sudden appearance made him nervous.

To be precise, zerg wasn't angry, but only nervous and wanted to kick Su Xiao out of his room as soon as possible.

His reaction and lack of understanding of the language made Su Xiao mistakenly think that this creature was angry.

Su Xiao realized that this was an opportunity. If he participated in the fights in this arena, his identity would be revealed even if he didn't use Qing Gang Yin's energy.

So why didn't he check out who he was in this zerg's eyes?

Su Xiao's pupils turned a light blue, matching the color of Qing Gang Yin's energy. This color was one of the most obvious features of the Shadows of the Law.

Seeing Su Xiao's light blue eyes, zerg was stunned. He raised his sword and scratched the back of his head as if he was remembering something.

Two seconds later, the zerg's body froze.

Five seconds later, Zerg straightened up and leaned against the wall.

Eight seconds later, the zerg's butt hit the floor.

He sat down in a corner and shivered.

— The reputation of the shadows, I think... Very good? Su Xiao muttered and threw away his cigarette butt.

His so ordinary action seemed to have dealt the final blow to this poor zerg.

He jumped up with a bang and held out two swords in front of him, but his body didn't stop shaking.

— What exactly were the Shadows of the Law doing in the void? Seeing this zerg's reaction, Su Xiao had a headache. His behavior was obviously an instinctive reaction, an instinct that was integrated into his genes.

— Do you understand what I'm saying? Su Xiao said to zerg.

He poked the tip of his sword under his ear and nodded.

— You know me?

Zerg shook his head and then nodded.

A strange energy surged out of his body.

*Sh-sh-sh-sh~*

A hissing sound came out of his mouth, as if a radio with a bad signal was installed in his mouth.

— Banker… Not an enemy ... a shadow... Bunker is growing, " Bunker said. Although his speech was halting and not very clear, at least now it was possible to communicate with him.

— Are you nervous?" Su Xiao asked. He had to take this opportunity to check everything out, as he was about to take part in the arena fights soon.

He should have understood the situation with the Shadows of Law beforehand.

— Banker... Zerg's statement wasn't very plausible. He was trembling and kept glancing at the door, clearly wanting to escape.

— Don't worry, I'm not going to touch you, " and just as Su Xiao said that, something unexpected happened.

Bunker let out a long sigh of relief, sat down on the bench, and stopped shaking. Seeing this, Su Xiao was very confused. — You seem to trust the Shadows of the Law?

— Shadows, Of Course... Bunker quickly adapted to the pronunciation of the new language and was already beginning to speak quite fluently.

The Shadows of the Law never deceived the Zerg... There must have been some hidden secret or covenant that was passed down from generation to generation.

Su Xiao suddenly realized that the Shadows of the Law didn't seem to be everyone's enemy. At least until now, he had known that the demons and the Shadows of the Law were allies, and very good ones at that.

If one wanted to get something from the demons, then they had to either become a servant of the demon or give up their soul, however, when Su Xiao received the Devil's mark, he didn't do anything like that.

In addition, as soon as a certain powerful demon found out that Su Xiao had obtained a mark, he immediately erased the low-level mark and infused his own, creating a Devil mark in the end, and he did all this for free.

It seems that he simply couldn't leave Su Xiao with such a low-level mark, as if it was something very embarrassing for him.

Most likely, towards such a good ally, the demons wouldn't be greedy.

Su Xiao didn't know how strong the demon power in the Devil seal was, but in the world of war, it completely suppressed the foreign power in Carlos and absorbed it with ease, so obviously it wasn't weak at all.

Most of the time, after a person mastered the power of a demon, they would end up going crazy or obeying the will of the demons, but Su Xiao hadn't seen anything like this. In his opinion, the power of demons was a very pure and easily controlled energy.

Right now, the connection between the Law Shadows and the Zergs made Su Xiao realize that the Law Shadows weren't making enemies all over the void.

The Shadows of Law had many enemies and many allies.

This zerg, after learning that Su Xiao wasn't going to harm him, immediately slumped on the bench and stopped monitoring his surroundings, although he occasionally glanced at Su Xiao as if he was seeing something so rare for the first time.
