    Well what is fate? Is it being controlled by some human or other entity such as creator? In a sense it's both as the person responsible for your so called fate and destiny is you yourself. No out side force.
    Yes outside forces such as other planets, stars, nothingness etc have influence on another physical entity (including human beings) but it's still influence. Not a control.
    If my horoscope says I will do this or that. I can simply consciously change it. Horoscope is simply is a calculation of what larger planet and other entity have impact on another. But there are many other influences which comes from various ways like memories and others.
    In short. It's funny how these people made fate as a seperate individual who is controlling others behind the screens
