As a lawyer back on earth, Lin Yun had never lost a case. He owed his success to three things: two blessings he received at birth (a photographic memory and the ability to comprehend anything he studies) and an indomitable will he forged himself.

While on a trip in Shandong province, he decided he would pay a visit to Mt. Tai. Just as he was cresting the peak, he felt a sharp pain in his chest and his vision went black.

Upon waking up, he found himself in the world of Profound Amber occupying the body of a sword s*ave who had shared his name. The last thing he remembered before dying was the image of a sword piercing his chest.

Through the memories his body retained the sword s*ave’s life, Lin Yun came to understand the brutality of this world. If he sought respect, he would have to earn it through strength. The weak found no compassion here.

Refusing to leave his fate in the hands of others, Lin Yun set out to become a sovereign. No man or beast would stop him from achieving his destiny.

With his sword in hand, he would overcome any obstacle. Collapse

Trash novel. MC is constantly waiting for troubles, which, apparently, he can handle quite well, but ... right before this he becomes much stronger and I still do not have the feeling that he copes easily. And this is constant. Everyone here is cultivating very quickly. The MC is constantly getting stronger and everyone around is constantly getting stronger. It's all just too fast. Also, all sorts of "monstrous geniuses" constantly appear here. I get the feeling that the word "monstrous genius" is a synonym for the word "cabbage".

Hmm, come to think of it, most xianxia novels are even worse than this one. At least I read it up to chapter 584 and I'm still reading it.
At least there's nothing too annoying. MC often doesn't kill enemies, but they're episodic enemies. He kills real enemies.

I haven’t read it yet and it’s not a fact that I will, but according to the description, if MC was a lawyer, why not play it out in a new world??
Why did he become a swordsman and have to fight his way through by force?
Why not base its cultivation on the power of law and justice??
Like he would increase cultivation if he could punish the villains with the help of the law.))
Well, what is it? Again an ordinary swordsman.))
I didn’t even think for 1 second about the idea with the power of law and justice, and besides, I’m not a writer.
And the author is just a writer, he has experience in this matter, can’t he really promote the lawyer’s idea??
In almost all novels, no matter by whom and with what knowledge, MCs are revived, alchemy, arrays, some kind of sci-fi crap, all the same, each MC chooses for himself some kind of medieval weapon, sword, saber, spear and everything, based on their knowledge they score and they follow the path of battle.)) Some kind of creative impotence.))

It’s just authors wanting to make mc sound cool or smart. I can’t tell you how many novels I’ve read where mc was “best special forces soldier” before getting reincarnated. Did they ever employ anything from previous life? Did they ever use ability to lead coming from military? Did they stay cool under pressure since they experienced crazy stuff in past life? All no. It’s basically always just for authors to jerk themselves off in their self insert mc characters. They NEVER use their skills or expertise and the stories would be better not even mentioning due to not having the reader questioning, “well if they were x in their past life, why’d they handle this situation like this?” It’s just a cool sounding job to make their macho characters so more bad ass 🤷‍♀️😔😮‍💨

After u ascend u become sovereign. Doesn't make any sense for a sovereign to ascend. Ascend to what? mc is not a sovereign to begin with.

This shows the level of the author who used an ai software to write this. His target is also impressive. 3.5k chaps?

Half can be safely thrown out. Everyone thinks the same for the author. Starting with the last beggar and ending with the leader of the supersect. And since the author is without brains, then everyone else is also without brains.
