I didnt know authors were this hardcore back then
for this foreshadowing, I rack my brain for 2 hours to finally figure it out sigh

1 - what this death flag is about constraint
2 - why he should not easily go to Sumeragi household swim
-So based on my previous theory of MC invincibility and plot armor, he is never in danger, and if he is in a dangerous situation, the opponent NPC AI will drop, and he will win.

But here our smart AI Juno (Spy) misunderstood MC's strength and based all the things that happen to Erika (aka closet hearing) on MC's devious cunning and plotting.
Now based on this, our MC is a scheming guy that doesn't understand his own weight on the hearts of the people opposite him, and this led to the failure of him strengthening this character point by going to the Sumeragi household.
(1 - The death flag is based on this because a cunning little guy without any support is bound to get killed.)
(2 - Based on this reasoning, our MC should not hastily make his way to Sumeragi but understand his position well.)

Now getting to this reasoning was a bit hard for me. Why? Well, just as I said, authors were a bit hardcore back then, as in a reality situation. As of nowadays' novels, there is hardly any reality left in them but a world made wholly by the author's mind, so they play by the rules given and not by reality rules, as their built worlds are different.
But here the rule is a cunning guy too cunning for his own good gets killed if he is an opponent and protected if he is an ally. Now our MC is going to the Sumeragi Household with the mindset of a villain (or so the opposite side thinks as they are played in the MC's hand).
So he is getting dragged into the mud by his own misconception of how the story should go and by not investigating the newly introduced character Juno that is not in the game.

Well, I was this close to dropping this novel but got pulled through with this reasoning. cheerful
