      To me this seems pretty realistic; In medieval times for nobles and especially rulers, having sex with concubines, mistresses, and high-class whores was very common for both men and women, though likely more so for men due to their higher tendency towards promiscuousness. This would likely be even more so for teens and very young adults due to the hormonal influence of puberty.
