    Based on the laws of the SGAlliance, the first to find a planet would belong to him if he managed to create the necessary paperwork for it.

    Felix had already got this taken care of since it wasn't much of a hassle. Now, this planet actually belonged to him on paper.

    If anyone wanted to step foot in it, he would require to ask for permission from Felix. Otherwise, he would be considered as transpassing.

    Felix could sue them if they weren't already outlaw criminals who didn't wear AP bracelets.

    *Starts wondering about rest of our solar system's planets when Earth was first invaded* Um... Fu#king hell Earthlings would technically be transpassing (*cough* trespassing). We need legal permission just to go in our own galaxy's backyard. ohno

    Unless, they were already occupied by martians or other similar intelligent beings. That would actually make for a funny situation later. wish

            I think that their offsprings get a bloodline system that corresponds to their element. If they want to give elemental manipulation to someone else then they would have to give it to someone who has 100% affinity. And probably also their perfect manipulation (those runes).

              it already said they get the Manipulation at birth from being close descendents and the affinity determines how far they can go in the Manipulation but in jormangrs memories he bestowed one of his worshippers the Manipulation not perfect Manipulation as that would force him to give up his power but a limited one that is probably similar to dwarves engravement on futharks but towards living beings

                Well I might be wrong. I’m not saying that my memory is perfect. But I remember Jörmungandr giving them his blessing. That Thor gave one of his offsprings his blessing and then he/she went to attack a planet that belonged to Jörmungandr. Whose two survivors came to ask Jörmungandr for his blessing. I don’t remember Jörmungandr giving manipulation. And the people who worshiped him were half-lings (snake kind) who already have free manipulation.

                  Chapter 231: The Jörmungandr's Memories II

                  We came here, seeking your blessings to regain your honor and avenge our dead brethren and sistren." The right half-ling beseeched as he banged his forehead on the carpet, kowtowing so hard, his forehead started to bleed.

                  "Did Thor's followers received his blessings during their raid?" the Jörmungandr asked indifferently.

                  "Yes! One of the followers had summoned a massive thunderstorm above a city, covering it entirely." He trembled as he kept retelling the events, "The storm was raining down with lightning bolts, striking down with abnormal accuracy anything that moved!"

                  "That sort of godly powers couldn't be achieved by lowly mortals like us." He replied in aggravation.

                  ******

                  The Jörmungandr suddenly stood up and took a deep breath, then he spewed a purplish miasma through his lips at the three eager and exhilarated half-lings, making them absorb the miasma through their seven orifices!

                  Thud! Thud! Thud!

                  The three half-lings' bodies kept twitching on the ground with their slits widening to the limit.

                  They were soon lifted in the air with their three limbs stretched further apart, and their back was bent backward.

                  'No wonder they call it blessings!' Engrossed, Felix thought while chewing slowly on a popcorn.

                  Shortly after, the three half-lings were placed gently on the carpet after the purplish miasma was absorbed completely by their bodies.

                  Instead of standing up immediately, they entered a kowtowing position and began chanting, "We Hail the Jörmungandr! We Hail the Jörmungandr!..."

                  "Enough!" The Jörmungandr reseated on the throne and said coldly, "You have enough power now to bring ruins on three leaves. I expect nothing less..."

                  "F*********ck!" Felix cursed loudly after the screen promptly went black again, marking the end of the memory scene.

                  It doesn't really clarify on whether Thor's followers are decendents or not. It also doesn't go into much detail on the blessing. Sadly.

        What you’re thinking about is probably free manipulation. Limited manipulation those who have a sand affinity can get if they’re lucky enough like Sylvia has “Expand” which allows her to well… expand her ice, make it wider. Limited manipulation allows you to manipulate the element is a specific way. But free manipulation is like having every ability passive and active (if you are good enough in your manipulation). Also for someone to even enter the first stage of free manipulation they have to have 100% affinity.
