        in my biased opinion, very good, according to the few friends i have, an isekai with enough different stuff that it can be differentiated from the usual otherwordly adventure. season 2 is scheduled for next year and it should be wvwn better since she finally moves away from the beginning area

    I come back to this novel every couple years, read a couple hundred chapters, then inevitably get busy with other things or novels. The story isn't anything spectacular or particularly unique, but the dynamic between the MC and Fran make it a worthwhile read. Fran is a 12 year old cat girl, and yet the author never stoops to loli bait, which is nice. The author also has a nice balance of not giving Fran annoying childish characteristics while also still having her feel like a child most of the time. The characters are mostly enjoyable and there's decent variety among them. I'd definitely recommend it and would suggest reading at least 30 chapters to get an idea of what the stories like since it takes a bit for the story and translators to get into the groove of things.
