      Although Fang Yuan is time traveler and could cause more people to defy fate for the last 20-30 years than Shadow Sect he is only one person, on the contrary Shadow Sect is group of at least 7 rank 8 Gu Immortals, thier influence encompasses all 5 regions and they lasted at least 10000 years (IIRC Bo Qing demise was 10k years ago), so I think their overall damage to Fate Gu + thier ample preparations are much more dangerous than Fang Yuan at least for now.

      Fang Yuan doesn't have animosity towards heaven's will, he wouldn't destroy it without reason (but I think there's almost non-existent possibility to obtain eternal life without at least damaging heaven's will) and Shadow Sect's purpose is destroying heaven's will, so I think those eyes belong to the leader of Shadow Sect. constraint

        Shadow Sect's purpose is Defying fate and to do that only otherworlders have a chance. So Fang Yuan is causing more damage to Fate Gu by existing and living than Shadow Sect ever did.

          As we know there were otherworldly demons before Fang Yuan, so Shadow Sect might be founded by one of them or they could use them.
          Also it would be a shame if Fang Yuan merely tank 6 Gu Immortal contributed more in defying fate than one of the mightiest sects which sole purpose is defying fate oru2x

    I was disappointed a heavenly cout which was know as strongest organization in the whole GU world (except shadow sect) the Lord of this organization was not a quasi rank 9 GU immortal because heavenly court was place made by immortal vulnerable and also nurtured by another vulnerable they don't have rank 9 sigh beast
