      bruh bruh bruh... it will be explained ... it's about the way you crossed regions so if you go through the barrier that separate those continents you can regain all you power any other method won't work and the more powerful you are the more resistance you face when crossing(I don't really recall but maybe after spending a long time in each region you will regain your whole power) anw bold from you to assume that RI is lazy writing
