      The wording used here is that they attended dances together. Not that they danced together. And from what we had seen of Dwayne and Audrey's interaction, I think Klein would avoid approaching Audrey for a dance cuz in the eyes of others, he doesn't know her well and also cuz the less additional interaction they have in the outside world the better, unless someone locks in on Audrey cuz of Klein.

        Yep, that they are atleast cannon to LOTM. But tell me after you read other cuttlefish novels, that the way he is writing interaction between Klein and Audrey isn't similar to MC couples in other novels.

    Turning a god into the MC never really works for a sequel — once he reached that level, what’s left to challenge? He sleeps for a millennium, create villains out of boredom, jump between universes?

    Emotional drama - zero, How can he be bothered with emotions. (His entire family is dead by now)

    Unless, of course, you turn it into a regression story — have him die and start over from the basics with future knowledge. But then he will die because of knowing too much, seal his memories and let them reawake based on level.

    Or you could strip away his power, drop him back to Sequence 3, and make him fight his way up again. Or maybe he wakes up in a completely different world, starting as a Sequence 9 of another pathway altogether.

    Now that I think about it, the idea is not bad, send him to The Legendary Mechanic universe.
