      Maybe it was something lost in translation, and in the original script it meant " ... no living being is allowed inside the sewers ... "

    to be honest, I feel this town is like a filler on other novel even though for sure it will play an important role to the story especially knowing there's so few chapters left. but to me, this is those part in a novel, any novel, that I find it bland until we reach the climax. the story building on this mini arc is quite different feeling. it's just...not up there.
