            It's surprising how 51 people got confused (including you) about what the guy meant, he means to say that the only being in existence who is a Scholar of Yore and can summon more and better Angels than what Klien is capable of is Zaratul and since "He" is an Attendant of Mysteries, "He" once was (and still is) a Scholar of Yore.

      Wasnt really Klein, he couldn't handle the spirituality payment for as long as it happened his time, he gave the scepter of stars to a sequence 2 in order to allow them to stay summoned.
