    So according to a comment below me, Alzuhod is/was the dragon of nightmares, and since 0-08 said the "Quill of Alzuhod", that must mean that 0-08 was created by Alzuhod himself. it would make sense too, as Alzuhod was a very high existence, so it'd only be natural for him to create something so powerful.
