      It's just that anyone would feel disgusted being looked at that way by someone you're not attracted to.

      I actually think this novel is more accepting than most others, in the previous chapters no one said anything negative about Helene and Tracy's relationship, and Ikanser was also gay and I don't remember Klein or anyone else caring about that openly except for being surprised..
