Wasn’t I supposed to act? Sea God Kalvetua is quite a good target.

I wonder if I’ll get any feedback with the gray fog’s interference.

I hope he digests the potion fast now that he is impersonating a god.

Then, he heard a calm and magnificent voice.

    “I have returned.”

As his voice echoed in the air, Kalat teared up for some inexplicable reason.

Though I think it's best if their is no sacrifice of any living entities not just humans.
Just because humans can express their pain that doesn't mean that the trees and other animals who couldn't express their pain doesn't feel pain....

Nope. You are getting it wrong. I said plants also feels pain.
Everything is a matter of - just how much is needed and don't go for more as anything in world is limited. If you are hungry and to live you need to eat then eat only that much , kill animals & plants only that much. Don't waste more.
I feel no one should be used as 'sacrifice' atleast animals. They are far more in tune with everything then humans since if you ever noticed animals will go for hunt & killing only that much which is needed for them (self defence is different) . They don't go mindlessly abuse other things like humans.
As a human who has humanity an intelligence which is greater than animals which should've made us more sensible but guess what, we are in reverse. How we can exploit other things to maximum without caring about 'others' has become our 'inteligence' our 'humanity'.
For example the way we are currently living they way we are exploiting & destroying everything will be payed (and are being payed) by the future generations. But who cares shit I am living better & will close my 'eyes' for future people. Who cares what they have or not. Who cares what future people will suffer.

Considering how much I dislike the Lord of Storms and his followers, I'm happy to see them face this setback. Of all the "good" gods shown so far, he is the most insufferable.

I don’t believe any of the gods are good.
In fact, I don’t think any being especially humans who gain power to be god can be good.

Nope. I don't think so. His moral compass aligns him to 'good' but he is not a saint. Just the fact that he manipulates others for his benefit tells us that Klein isn't necessarily the 'good' guy. He is pragmatic most of the time. Just as shameless as Roselle. He uses whatever he has as an advantage to live and survive. I'm not saying he is bad or evil, but Klein is rather morally grey.

Nope although he has more humanity than others. But anyone who is bored when not doing anything or someone who seeks joy & pleasure outside is bound to cause pain & suffering to others.
In other words who is not in complete peace & joy within themselves. In a sense who is dependent on outside for their inner wellbeing is always bound to cause pain & suffering to one person or other
