    for the first volume i could understand that most of the coincidences were due to sealed artifact 0-08
    but wtf is happening now? Klein just stumbling upon the biggest secrets like its his destiny.

      That has already been partly explained even if it wasn't confirmed. Something or someone was involved in his reincarnation and for some reason Klein is attracted to mysterious events and items. This was explained when we learned that when a dead deity isn't delt with, it attracts people lower on their sequence. It also attracts items. I obviously don't know what is the reason for this attraction but there is one.

        I agree with your thoughts but I think you are missing something. The author never said that Ince Zangwill stopped using sealed artifact 0-08 to control Klein's actions, did he?

      Let's go case by case then.
      Ambassador case? Characteristic attraction. (Divinity clearly wants to be whole, thus influencing artifacts/beyonders to meet. Now it's spread in pieces to everyone in this pathway) It's either Klein being attracted to strong sequence 5 beyonder and his items, or the seq. 5 attracted to grey fog through Klein. Wasn't specified yet.
      Lanevus? As he said, 95% of mystical stuff from this month in Backlund was caused by Lanevus attracting 'help'. Add revenge and it was inevitable.
      Tudor ruins? Many possibilities. Either it connects to a seer secret, or Azik's whistle and evil spirit attracted each other, or it's caused by spirit-like miss Bodyguard. That or him being close to the mansion and owner being new and seeing him in the news.
      Numinous Episcopate? Azik's whistle, or a plain coincidence because mc was in the newspaper.
      Whether it's something deeper, it's a nice topic for divagations. But it's not impossible or unlikely for such things to happen.
