      I have a theory. I think the evernight godess was a mortal before so i think that was a statue from when she was a mortal. Its called path of the divine so i think they ascend when they finish digesting sequence 1. Lets see if this holds up.

      I love lore drops, whether big or small, is novels like this. Shadow Slaves lore in Forgotten Shore kept me hooked and its lore just got better in the dam way LOTM does. Truly a great novel with amazing writing.

    I don't think she's evil, I just think that in the Fourth Period it was normal to pray to images of the gods; something may have changed at the end of the war.
