      I think the Loen kingdom is roughly inspired by Industrial Revolution era British Empire, probably due to the influence of the emperor from Earth. Hence the use of Pence and Pounds.

        Yeah, it is obvious that the Loen kingdom is similar to British Empire in multiple ways. But the name of this IRL organization is very spesific and niche. I would say it breaks the reader immersion. Also, not everybody might know about the abbreviation, which is even worse for the reader experience. Of course, these are small nitpicks. But the principles underlying these problems are important.
