    Instigator Tris is possibly (In my mind, evidently) that woman that he has witnessed multiple times now, frail looking but beautiful. He would've changed to she because one cannot use the higher sequence chains from the Demon Empress' organisation without being a woman, and so by changing from Tris into Trisette, they can now use the seventh rank potion/sequence, Witch. It was also mentioned that the Demon Empress organisation insights chaos and loves killing for their so called 'cause.' It all matches up.
