    Usually, infodumps are going to be short and rememberable or long but repeated later. For example, if an author gave you a biography on like 7 different people, whenever one of them shows up later, they would be re-introduced with some sort of introduction, like "And Bob the Swordsmaster shows up again, god, why does this guy keep following me?"
