My name is Xiangzi, the rickshaw puller Xiangzi.

The Great Shun Dynasty has fallen, and the world rejoices. Within the walls of Forty-Nine City, all is peaceful; beyond its gates, refugees swarm like ants. Above, a half-crescent moon hangs eternally in the sky, accompanied by countless steam-powered airships drifting through the clouds. Below, ancient clans that have endured for millennia coldly observe as warlords slaughter one another over those vibrant, multicolored spirit stones.

At this moment, Xiangzi, who was supposed to have been executed by firing squad, suddenly awoke after death, now in possession of a mysterious panel capable of awakening professions.

[Congratulations, Host, for awakening the profession: Rickshaw Puller]

[Congratulations, Host, for awakening the profession: Martial Artist]

[Congratulations, Host, for awakening the profession: Cultivator]

In the beginning, I was a lowly third-class rickshaw puller, and they called me Xiangzi.

Later, all of Forty-Nine City would come to address me with reverence as Master Xiang. Collapse

    What an interesting premise.
    Will test.

Read until 43. Very interesting premise, had a huge potential of being more.
So far, the plot is meh. Kinda generic, but enjoyable.
However, the villainous characters are so brain-dead.
Almost every character is one dimensional, the one who has any surface depths are a few. Even the MC is surface level, but I can’t complain here reading a few chapters. Will pick up if someone poison test this further.

    For [Chapter 43.]
    Rating: 6.2/10
    World building Potential: High
    Characterization: Low
    Plot-line: Mid.

I assume so, and it’s implied by the title and the hints in the story.
However, so far its martial arts.
