    seeing Gunnar becoming THE opponent and getting his recent situations awn was weird as hell when in fact he's nothing but cavalry's Commander back then, he managed to get that post AFTER he failed many advancements and the Vikings gotten several warhorses which he saw as the only path possibly led to better life. let's not talk of how this man who killed so many Franks soldiers, their sons and husbands, managed to worm his way to the upper echelon of his enemy's rank
