    okay if you can heal from it in 3 seconds then its not a heavy injury in any way no matter how you want to justify it, yes it can wound a 8th level wizard that naturally means it could threaten them

    but as a example if a average adult punches me once i need a minute or so until it stops hurting and naturally if i am punched hundreds of times i could be injured or even die but that does not mean one punch is a heavy injury!!!
