    Wasting so many energy points just to increase the chance by such a miniscule amount seems like a massive waste imo, especially if it goes up by 10% each time. He is always having to take some risks (albeit pretty negligible ones for himself) recently in order to get enough energy for the rewards and that is only going to go up.

      i think he said its permanent, so instead of starting with 1% every time he gets one, he starts with 10%

      whats really dumb is that he has a theres only a 81% chance of getting one by now, which for somebody with supposed heavenly luck is some pretty big f#cking bs

      His goal is to replace all of his talents with golden talents asap, so spending more now to shorten the time to get the talents is a good idea. Time is both on his side and not. The simulations make it easier to gain strength, but he ultimately only has around 25 years of accumulation each time, so he must gain higher level talents earlier in order to get the most out of each simulation.
