      Easy. They don't actually do their jobs and outsource it out to a lower ranked person on their team instead. They also have never stepped foot into one of these darkness realities and have the bare minium amount of knowledge on them. That being that A-Rank is the best yield for the extraction solution they get. Put simply they're overpaid, overconfident, unqualified nepos that only bleed the employees they criticize for not working hard enough while they contribute nothing and still fail upwards.
