  He has 20 acres though. Or 2 lots. So this guy is getting bribes per lot so he's turning them over fast so it's not just one bribe or even two bribes he's missing. Every year if he's turning these fields over every month that'd be 24 bribes per year. So to make it easy lets say he's getting 100 spirit stones per field lot. That's not 200 SS he's missing out on it's 2400 SS PER YEAR. Which adds up quite quickly.
