    Whenever I read those sentences, I cant help but think "If it works that way, it can also work the other"

    That is to say, if someone can amend laws to make the contracts fairer, then someone else could make laws to make contracts unreasonable and exploitable. also you could argue it could make things complicated if it impacts existing ones, with major ones there being business contracts, and speaking of, the laws could easily miss any worker rights stuff, and allow essentially slave labour via a contract just because the law doesn’t cover that area, or maybe the people in power intentionally made it so.

      Dude is boring as hell. Even Xiao is a piece of shit, dude is not boring at all cause we’re anticipating what kind of shenanigans he will display to others. Meanwhile, the author is stretching so much chapters for a character that is not that interesting and soulless compared to other previous era characters. The last 30 chapters are clichés as hell. The Age of Miracles and God’s Forsaken Era were interesting and not boring. Just want to move from these bunch of nobodies already.
