      I'm pretty sure he didn’t talk about the Ruins. He only said “mysteries beyond fate” after turning his attention to Xu Bai. Before that, he’d been speaking with Fang Zaiji for a while without saying anything similar. If the Immortal Ruins were involved, you’d expect the opposite—Fang Zaiji was the one near them in the Cauldron, not Li Fan.

      My theories:
      – It’s linked to Mr. Bai (the one present is the clone Xu Bai, not the main body).
      – Li Fan is “beyond fate” due to [Truth].
      – Li Fan might be beyond the fate of the Xuanhuang Realm specifically, since he transmigrated from Earth—making him an external variable in this world.

        At this point in time I don’t believe I thought of anything like that and I can’t remember what my comment is about, but I like your theory, specifically Li Fan being beyond fate because he transmigrated from earth, because we don’t actually hear a lot about MC's life on earth and your theory brings that variable of the story but into the limelight
