"How do you know I'm not from the Land of Immortal Extinction?" Is this what you are referring to? Wouldn't this be simply asking why the fat man thinks MC is not from Land of Immortal Extinction?

In my understanding, this means that he knows that he didn't come, and this confirmed the fat man's suspicions, the purpose of the question is how he found out about this information, which means that he confirmed his suspicions

Honestly that makes sense, but my first thought was that it was more of a probe than an admittance

Yes but he got many hundreds of years left which is a lot of lifes. And as soon as he starts cultivating his me talk lifespawn is gonna increase massively. Son there really isn't any concern like that.
Edit: and oh yes would only really have to try it once to know.

No. If he dies before he gets a chance to reload to a savepoint, he straight up dies. The mental age wont matter then.

Like, have you even read the novel? He currently is long past that point. And there is no thread in the first 20 years as long as he stays in the mortal world. So no there is absolutely no thread that can kill him unless he is stupid.

My man, Im not sure if its you who has read the novel correctly. The majority of people disagree with you and for a good reason.

Yea I am sure. And people down voting any negative comment on novels they like has absolutely no relation to that.
And I even indirectly quoted the novel tomyou so saying I am wrong about this makes absolutely no sense.
He only left into the cultivation world after he was recharged so there your argument is completely nonsencial.

Yes but all chances are precious, who knows if by being merciful he let's this guy expose him and misses out on an incredible opportunity. You have already seen how "brothers for a hundred years" were willing to kill each other much less MC to a stranger that threatens his future prospects.

I mean yea, but it always is a tradeoff between power/cultivation speed and safety. If he can cultivate to a very high level quite quickly but also takes on a rather large risk for it this may not a worthwhile trade-off for someone with one life, but if you have like 50( and going up) this sounds like a rather good one.

Yeah it mostly depends on the MC's personality, but is there any rush if you have unlimited lives? The risks are big and the payoff isn't likely going to be enough even if he takes risk due to the messed up cultivation world he is in.

Yes I also expected cultivation to be harder. In other novels you have no chance with mcs starting condition. But he could casually cultivate to that level.
