    So many questions raised with this little bit of background. Do they make their own techniques now? If they do, how different does it have to be from another technique, for it to be considered "unique," and not cause issues if others are practicing something similar? Seems like a big problem that would cause the average level of cultivators to fall drastically, as said here. Likely meaning that there are far less powerful cultivators, with only a few reigning supreme?
