      I think klein is just more powerful overall. Hidden sage i believe is just a quasi-S0 or maybe a full s0 at best. While klein is LOTM which is ATS or GOO. So even if if not fully awake, their difference is already enough to cover for that

        Hidden sage is not a seq0 . He is a King of Angels at best. And Fool AI is not a LOTM. He didn‘t accommodate the uniquenesses from Error and Door. He is just a King of King of Angels, because of his 2 seq 1 BC and the sefirah connection.
