      If he was good, he would quitely attend to university. He did many blasphemous things, except adultery. Good is never in his book, even before all this. So in a way, that statement was correct.

    this chapter and the previous one were quite amazing, i must say. lumians character is great in ways we didnt entirely see with klein. 739 chapters and 4 volumes in, i can say with confidence that cuttlefish has absolutely managed to distinguish coi and lumian from lotm and klein. one of my biggest worries going into this was that lumian would be too similar to klein and that coi would follow a very similar general outline as lotm, but it has done no such thing. coi for me still hasnt reached lotm level, but its still very solid so far welldone

      I think most of people weren't ready to leave Klein and couldn't even read enough to like Lumian. In another hand, some parts of COI felt longer than LOTM for me but in general I think that COI is another masterclass of cuttlesfish and those who gave up too soon missed a really good book...
