        I guess it's not simple to do mid battle, but I don't think he needs consent... Lugano certainly didn't consent.
        Maybe someone can struggle free from him before they get teleported. Like, being able to stay in contact for a few seconds with someone during a battle and be able to concentrate in teleporting should be hard if the battle isn't already won
