      My assumptions are this: golden sun in a well refers to event where eternal sun's power gets stolen by adam. Towering green weeds possibly referring to either mother earth (lilith) or mother tree of desire chances are higher for latter finally getting chance to be more active or something along those lines. White skulls, tbh i got no idea, shadowy figures most probably our evernight goddess, as for bloody river no idea there.

      I forgot some pathways so thats why i cant pinpoint those two, possible ones is black emperor but thats under death above sequence pathway iirc so we can scratch that
